* Qualifications Required: - While a Level 5 Residential Management qualification is preferred, it is not essential. If you do not currently hold this qualification, you will be enrolled on the course immediately upon starting, and full funding will be provided.

Join us in establishing two brand-new residential homes in the Nottingham area—one designed for solo occupancy and the other for multiple occupancies—catering to children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD).

Who We’re Looking For
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in children’s residential care within the last 5 years.
* Qualifications: A Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential Care or Health and Social Care is required.
* Passion for Care: A strong commitment to delivering the highest standards of care and positively impacting the lives of children with EBD.
