Candidate Requirements
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Biology at secondary level
* Ability to teach KS3 and KS4 confidently
* Strong subject knowledge in Biology
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
Desirable
* Experience teaching A-Level Biology
* Experience preparing students for GCSE and A-Level examinations
* Ability to contribute to STEM enrichment activities
