£30,000 per annum with a £36,800 OTE
Lookers Mercedes Benz of Stoke is recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team, which includes Service Advisors, Vehicle Technicians, and our enthusiastic Aftersales Manager, Simon Jackson.

As a Service Advisor, you will benefit from continuous training opportunities through our in-house brand development and learn from our current Aftersales Manager, Simon Jackson.
Responsibilities
* Booking MOTs, services, and repair work for customers
* Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling additional parts/accessories
* Liaising with the Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments based on workload and call volumes
* Managing a high volume of customers daily, including calls and online booking queries
* Informing customers of turnaround times and maintaining effective communication during vehicle servicing
* Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems accordingly
Qualifications
You must have heaps of energy, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering first-class customer service. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential, along with the ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely. Experience using Kerridge/ADP is advantageous, as well as knowledge of other dealer systems.
You should be a great team player, capable of working independently using your initiative. We want to hear from those with experience in similar automotive roles who are passionate about customer service and cars.
