Prepare and send customer debtor statements following bank postings and reconciliations. Undertake credit control activities including reviewing aged debtors and allocating payments. Process and code purchase invoices accurately into Sage; match with delivery notes and update order status. Review and reconcile supplier statements; manage weekly payment runs and aged creditor reports. Ensure all paperwork is correctly documented within nominal ledger reports. Assist with general finance/admin duties as needed. Ideal Candidate Profile: AAT qualified, part-qualified, or at least 3 years of all-round accounting experience. Proficient in using Sage accounting software. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Confident communicator – both written and verbal.
