Responsibilities
* Arranging site visits.
* Liaising daily with engineers and clients.
* Schedule technicians, engineers, and sub-contractors.
* Minimise client disruption, manage rescheduling, and maintain positive relationships.
* Ensure sub-contractor orders are within budget.
* Maximise productivity and reduce downtime.
* Maintain accurate purchase orders and procurement records.
* Keep work orders up to date in management systems.
* Maintain records of work orders and procurement.
* Provide monthly performance reports.
* Meet KPI targets.
* Train/mentor staff and advise management.
* Attend meetings, training, and conferences.
The Ideal Person
* Experience scheduling technicians/engineers/sub-contractors.
* Knowledge of building maintenance/property services terminology.
* IT/database proficiency (record keeping, task management).
* Team player with ability to work independently.
* Customer service experience (help desk/contact centre).
