Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and lead a unified retail sales strategy across brands and geographies.
* Channel Management: Drive performance across BTB - grocery, retail, independents, distributors, DTC and leisure/holiday parks.
* Senior Account Management: Personally manage key retail partnerships and negotiations.
* Market Expansion: Identify and execute new opportunities in the UK, Europe, USA and selected global markets.
* Sales Organisation Leadership: Guide and support the team while remaining directly engaged in high-priority sales activity.
* Cross-Functional Influence: Collaborate with product, marketing, and supply chain leaders to ensure aligned go-to-market strategies.
* Board Contribution: Provide commercial insight and performance reporting to shape overall group strategy.
