Overview
We are looking for 2 part time receptionists, 20 hours a week to join our small, friendly practice in the south-side of Glasgow. Our team consists of 2 GP Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, 2 Practice Nurses and 5 receptionists. You will be working as part of the administration team. Excellent communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
* Main duties include answering telephone calls, signposting to appropriate services, greeting and assisting patients, processing prescription requests, receiving/sorting/workflowing mail and all other associated tasks.
Qualifications
* Medical reception experience would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided.
