Overview

The Future of IoT is Built on Arm. Now we are building new software teams to take us to the next level. As a member of the IoT Edge Solutions team, you will have the chance to grow your knowledge and expertise. You will contribute to Arm technology deployed in the next generation of AI and IoT systems at the Edge, enabling the safe execution of complex workload scenarios.


Responsibilities

* Line manage a team of engineers.
* Analyse roadmap requirements, break down tasks, and help implement project plans.
* Select tools and testing frameworks and guide on best software test practices.
* Drive test automation by implementing test cases and CI/CD workflows.
* Participate in the debug & test of the firmware on various platforms including software models and FPGA systems.


Required Skills and Experience

* Expertise in line management, with strong interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in developing test cases using a variety of testing and automation tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
* Strong understanding of firmware design principles and embedded systems, with extensive experience in platform or system validation, particularly for firmware and applications running on Linux.
* Skilled in tracking and reporting key testing metrics to ensure quality and performance, and experience in defect management.
* Ability to debug and solve firmware issues effectively.


Nice To Have Skills and Experience

* Experience with Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) practices.
* Knowledgeable in computer architecture and microarchitecture concepts.
