SHOP SUPERVISOR / SALES SUPERVISOR About Us: We at AMN Laceby Limited, are looking for a Shop Supervisor for our multi service convenience store as we are looking to expand the business and need a candidate, that would handle the smooth running of our store, due to increase in the business activity at AMN (LACEBY) Limited. The Shop Supervisor is responsible to oversee the daily operations of the store maximize retail budgets and product inventory, purchasing and sales, works closely with Owners of the retail store that would allow the owners to look into ideas to expand their business. The retail shop provides various services includes groceries, lottery, pay point for bills, off licence services, News paper agency. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: A Shop Supervisor/ Sales supervisor (SoC: 7132) will oversee operations and directly supervise and coordinate the activities of sales and related workers in retail and wholesale establishments. They handle inventory control, resolve customer complaints, analyse sales trends, and implement strategies to boost revenue. They will help sales staff easily connect with upper management, ensuring that business objectives are met. Their leadership will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction, employee motivation, and the overall success of the business. SALARY RANGE: £ 32000 to £ 34000 or depending on experience. LOCATION: High St, Laceby, Grimsby DN37 7AA – UK. JOB TYPE: Full-time, permanent. 37.5 hours per week.
