Approovis a leading mobile security solution that protects the integrity of the relationship between mobile apps and their APIs. As a high-growth tech company, we are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to anchor our Edinburgh headquarters. This is a unique "dual-track" role where you will manage the heartbeat of our UK office while directly enabling our global sales engine.
Location: Edinburgh, Scotland (UK Headquarters)
Reporting to: CEO and Worldwide VP of Sales
You will serve as a critical bridge between our executive leadership and our operational execution. Reporting directly to both the CEO and the Worldwide VP of Sales, you will balance traditional office management and HR with sophisticated sales operations, contract management, and partner development.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & CRM Management
* Customer Success Ownership: Manage and own the Customer Success function, including post-sales aftercare and relationship management.
* CRM Ownership: Act as the primary administrator for HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, optimizing workflows, and generating performance reports for the sales team.
* Financial Flow: Manage the end-to-end invoicing process and oversee payments from both direct clients and global resellers.
* Revenue Enablement: Work closely with the VP of Sales to refine the sales process and remove administrative friction for the global team.
Legal & Contract Management
* Contract Review: Act as the first point of contact for legal documentation, including reviewing and signing off on NDAs, DPAs, and SLAs.
* Compliance: Ensure all contracts align with company standards and regulatory requirements.
UK Office Management & Operations
* Headquarters Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Edinburgh office, ensuring a productive environment for the team.
* HR & Compliance: Lead UK-based HR activities, including onboarding, policy maintenance, and compliance with local labor laws.
* Finance & Banking: Oversee UK banking activities and provide oversight for accounting functions to ensure fiscal health and accuracy.
Channel & Partner Development
* Network Building: Play a proactive role in building and maintaining our channel partner network, helping to scale our reach through strategic alliances.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Systems Expert: Proven experience managing HubSpot (or a similar high-level CRM) is essential.
* Contractual Literacy: Comfortable navigating legal language; experience with NDAs and Service Level Agreements is a must.
* Operational Versatility: You are as comfortable discussing banking and accounting oversight as you are managing office logistics.
* Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to report effectively to C-suite leadership.
