As a House Porter, you will;
* Consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness presentation and care in all guest rooms and public areas
* Develop a positive relationship with all guests, colleagues, and visitors
* Ensure the correct level of security for all guest belongings is achieved
* Ensure the guest rooms are stocked and maintained to the required standard
* Ensure your uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition
* Report any maintenance and IT issues correctly
* Count and distribute linen deliveries around the hotel.
* Reconcile general housekeeping supplies around the hotel
* Act as a support structure for the housekeeping team, responding the varying needs of the department
* Work in line with the needs of the business
