* Collaborate with senior management to identify and implement process improvements.
* Supervise and mentor junior team members within the Accounting & Finance department.
* Review and ensure the accuracy of client deliverables before submission.
* Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the business services industry.
* Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities for growth.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Profile
A Successful Assistant Manager - Advisory Should Have
* A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
* Experience working within a similar role in the business services industry.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
* Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
