How the role will make an impact:
To support the product management team by coordinating product lifecycle activities, from new code creation to assist in timely delivery of local development projects and customer specific solutions.
The role also maintains accurate documentation and data input for the main system as well as collating data towards PIM and utilises data-driven presentations to support decision-making, aligning product initiatives with business objectives.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Support the product management team and implement new product codes and bill of materials creation.
* Coordinate and monitor local smaller revenue NPD (New Product Development) projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
* Support in product management tasks.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement light customisations for strategic customers, tailored to the customer-specific needs.
* Assist in preparing presentations, reports and dashboards using PowerPoint and data analysis tools to support decision-making.
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures.
* Provide data input for PIM/Customers' product data management systems.
* Taking ownership of small projects in conjunction with the relevant Product Managers drive the execution of projects in cooperation with the stage gate process and the Smart Sheet application.
* Work closely with the sales, marketing, design, quality and operations teams to make the most of available cross-functional expertise.
Key Skills:
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and processing tools such as Excel.
* Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for creating clear and impactful presentations.
* Familiarity with SAP ERP systems, is preferred but not essential.
* Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment, is preferred but not essential.
* Knowledge of product lifecycle management and basic project management methodologies is preferred but not essential.
