Job Description
3. Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within current accounts.
5. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
8. Prepare and present regular account performance reports to stakeholders.
9. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
10. Participate in sales meetings and contribute to overall departmental goals.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Account Manager should have:
11. Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in CCaaS/UCaaS, working with leading vendors such as Zoom, 8x8, Five9, Mitel, and others
12. Seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual with a proven ability to sell sophisticated contact centre solutions
13. Demonstrated success managing deals with a Total Contract Value (TCV) of £500K or more
14. Must reside within one hour of the office, possess a valid driving licence, and have access to a personal vehicle
