The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher, assisting children with their work, supporting pupil behaviour, establishing good relationships with pupils, acting as a role model, and responding to individual needs.

Progress School is an independent specialist day and residential school for boys and girls aged 6 to 19 with mild, moderate, and severe autistic spectrum conditions, along with complex learning needs and challenging behaviour.

The Successful Candidate Will Ideally Have
* Previous experience supporting in a classroom setting
* A Level 2 qualification (or equivalent), though not mandatory if you possess the following characteristics:
