What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading QA & QC functions across a busy manufacturing site
* Driving improvements to the Quality Management System (QMS)
* Managing frequent customer and regulatory audits
* Embedding a stronger, more structured quality culture
* Partnering closely with Production to balance quality and output
* Supporting the site as it moves toward more complex, higher-value products
What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in GMP, ISO quality environments
* Experience leading quality within a manufacturing site
* Proven ability to improve systems and raise standards
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
* A hands-on leader who can influence, challenge, and collaborate
