Hours: 7.30 – 5.00 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement
* Build and develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions
* Build effective relationships with Suppliers
* Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
Qualifications
* Leadership of a small team
* Proven successful experience managing branch P&L
* Ability to coach, motivate and support experienced teams
