As an Insight Analyst, you won’t just crunch data—you’ll transform it into insights that shape real business decisions. This role is all about exploration, collaboration, and innovation. You’ll work alongside senior analysts, data scientists, and BI developers to create insight-led solutions that drive change. And the best part? What will I be doing?Dive into data using SQL and Python/R to uncover insights and support key decisions.Turn business questions into actionable analysis.Apply modelling techniques to predict trends and opportunities.Collaborate with data scientists and BI developers to build smart, insight-driven products.Ensure data quality and share findings in a way everyone can understand.Explore new ideas, document processes, and help the team continuously improve.Get mentoring and coaching to accelerate your development. What do I need?Experience with SQL and Python or R for data analysis.Comfortable working with large datasets and applying analytical techniques.Familiarity with modelling approaches like regression, clustering, or classification.Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for data.Great communication skills—you can make complex insights easy to understand.A curious mindset and willingness to learn.Bonus points if you know agile ways of working.A degree in a quantitative field (or equivalent experience).Certifications in analytics or data science tools are a plus.Personal qualities: curious, collaborative, organised, and proactive Additional informationWe’re always looking to recognise and reward our employees for the work they do.
