Allianz Partners is a global leader in B2B Insurance and Assistance Services. The UK Sales team partners with well-known brands in the Travel, Banking, Broker, and Insurance sectors.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Travel Insurance, you will manage and develop key travel partnerships through excellent relationship and account management. Your goal is to maximize Allianz Partners’ strategic, commercial, and customer objectives within your assigned partnerships. You will oversee all aspects of partnership delivery, including contractual commitments, regulatory obligations, and growth initiatives, focusing on revenue, profitability, growth, and regulatory compliance.
Main Duties
The role requires enthusiasm, drive, and customer focus, with experience in managing strong commercial and personal relationships with key clients, and working effectively both internally and externally to meet service and performance standards. Your responsibilities include:
* Building internal and external relationships to drive results through teamwork.
* Reviewing processes and products to enhance service value and partnership success.
* Understanding travel insurance distribution models, including direct and aggregator channels.
* Communicating effectively and guiding decision-making.
* Demonstrating commercial acumen to challenge and influence internally and externally.
* Maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Achieving growth and development targets in similar roles.
* Coaching partners on Allianz Partners' products, services, and value proposition.
* Delivering budgeted revenue and identifying new growth opportunities.
* Managing opportunities, renewals, and contacts in Salesforce.
* Potentially managing other Account Managers in the future.
* Producing and reviewing reports such as account development, budgets, and strategic analyses.
You will also coordinate with internal stakeholders in areas like Operations, Finance, Marketing & Innovations, Legal & Compliance, and HR to meet partnership requirements.

Regulatory
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required.
Location: Hybrid working from home, Croydon office, and partner premises, with at least one day per week in London and as needed with partners.
