Job Description
REED Practice are working with an accountancy practice based in Winchester who are recruiting for a new position. Due to expansion and continued growth, they are looking for a Bookkeeper/Finance Assistant to join a small friendly vibrant team in Colden Common on a full-time basis. Knowledge of Xero would be an advantage but not necessary, you will need to have strong excel and reconciliation skills.
Duties will include a range of roles including but not limited to:
* Credit Control
* Staff Payroll
* Bank reconciliations
* Cashflow forecasting
* Accounts Payable
* Inbox management
* Monthly journals
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Production of Month End reports
Must be hard working and a team player willing to step up and get involved with all aspects of the business as and when required. Someone who has a can-do attitude and happy to muck in if necessary. This is a fast-paced role and would suit someone who can work under pressure and multitask. Would need to have strong communication skills.
