A welcoming GP surgery located in Bradford (BD9) is currently seeking an Assistant Practice Manager/Assistant Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent salaried basis.
If you are looking for an opportunity to elevate an already good practice to the next level, this is the perfect role for you. You will be working alongside another Practice Manager and Operations Manager, overseeing three sites, making this position ideal for an assistant eager to progress in their career.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills, strong IT abilities (particularly with System One), as well as experience in CQC preparation and compliance. Organizational skills, finance, budgeting, and business development experience are also essential.
The practice is looking for someone to work full-time but may be open to a 30-hour work week. The salary is negotiable based on your current level of experience, ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 pro rata. You will receive the best offer possible from the practice, and we will handle any negotiations on your behalf. Additionally, you will benefit from 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
