We’re looking for a bright, proactive graduate to join our client - a dynamic Commercial Finance Lender specialising in asset-backed funding for UK SMEs. The business is entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and known for its agile, solutions-led approach to supporting growing SMEs in the UK.
You’ll be joining a small but expanding team, gaining hands-on exposure across sales, credit, operations, and internal projects. This is a true generalist role, ideal for someone eager to build a career in commercial finance by learning the business from the ground up.
Think of it as a front-row seat to commercial lending, with exposure to everything from credit papers to client meetings. You’ll be the go-to support across the business, helping with prep, research, coordination, and anything else that needs doing to keep things moving. This role will be mostly office based (4 days a week, 1 day WFH) from their offices based in the City of London.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting across different business functions with admin, prep, and follow-ups
* Assisting with onboarding, documentation, and deal tracking
* Assisting with any internal projects or tasks that need doing
* Maintaining CRM records and pipeline updates
* Preparing reports, presentations, and client materials
* Jumping in wherever needed—this is a true “bag carrier” role with real learning potential

* Recent graduate (any discipline, but finance, business, or economics preferred)
* Bubbly, personable and outgoing personality
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to learn and get stuck in across different functions
* Interest in financial services as this role will evolve and grow
