As a Care and Support Worker, You Will
* Support individuals at home to maintain independence
* Provide personal, physical, and emotional care
* Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments
* Empower clients to make their own choices
* Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals

* Travel within the area as required for high‑quality care
Required Criteria
* Full UK driving licence
* Own vehicle access

Experience in social care, whether new to the sector or a seasoned professional.
Contract & Compensation
