We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Duties
* Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
* Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
* Triage patient into appropriate appointments following clinical guidance
* Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and postal mail
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Use of SystmOne clinical system, AccRux
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
* Provide general administrative support as needed to ensure smooth office operations
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on triage
* Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SystmOne, AccRux
* Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry tasks
* Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Previous experience will be beneficial in this role
