Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Portishead for a Sales Negotiator. The Sales Negotiator will handle daily activities to support buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through the sales and lettings process. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, marketing properties effectively, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth and successful transactional process. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service and employing a proactive approach to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
* Strong Sales and Lettings skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Proven experience in Estate Agency with excellent industry knowledge
* Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and trust with clients
* Team collaboration skills with a pro-active and organized work approach
* Familiarity with the Portishead real estate market is a plus
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
* Valid driver's license and access to personal transportation
