The Role
At dpi Signs and Graphics, we help businesses throughout Warwickshire look their best. Our team is currently looking for a reliable and hands-on Production and Installation Fitter who wants something more rewarding than a typical 9 to 5.
We need a practical problem solver who takes real pride in their craft and is looking for a long-term position. You should have the drive to master the trade, take full ownership of your projects, and grow with us as the business expands.
What You Will Be Doing
* Production and Prep: You will be based in our Stratford workshop to prepare substrates, weed vinyl, and make sure everything is ready for installs.
* On-Site Fitting: This involves installing window graphics, wall murals, and exterior shop signs across the region.
* Problem Solving: Site conditions are rarely perfect. You will need a good head for thinking on your feet to ensure the final result is always spot on.
* Responsibility: You will look after your own tools and vehicle while maintaining a high standard of finish on every single job.
About You
* Strong Tool Sense: At least 2 years of experience in a hands-on trade is essential. You must be highly proficient with drills, levels, and tape measures.
* The Right Mindset: We value team players, you should be happy to learn how we do things here while bringing your own efficiency to the workspace.
* Ambition: You have a natural desire to progress and eventually lead on complex installations.
* Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.
