Overview
Be a part of a special care team delivering care to our client who has dystonia from a severe hypoxic brain injury.
Responsibilities
* On your day-to-day you will be supporting the lead carer with personal care and moving and handling equipment, with a view to promotion to the lead carer role.
* Support the lead carer and participate in care tasks as directed.
* Be part of a team that works towards upskilling potential and progression.
* You will be supported by Advantage Healthcare London branch and invited to attend regular supervisions and team meetings.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Gentle, soft spoken candidate with sufficient care experience to benefit from upskilling potential.
* Ideally living in the East London/Southeast Essex region and able to drive, as transport is not always adequate.
