We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our ALN Support Base.
This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs to help them develop socially, emotionally and academically.
Your role will include:
1. Supporting pupils with a variety of ALN, including complex needs
2. Working with the ALNCo to deliver personalised provision
3. Providing 1:1 and small‑group support
4. Promoting independence, wellbeing and engagement
5. Supporting communication, social skills and emotional regulation
We’re looking for someone who:
6. Has experience with ALN (desirable)
7. Is patient, nurturing and adaptable
8. Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
9. Believes in inclusive education and high expectations
10. Works well in a team and shows initiative
