As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the face of this international company, providing essential service to their wide:ranging client base. Your responsibilities will include:

Executing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on hydraulic balers, compactors, and associated waste equipment.
*
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults.
*
Conducting electrical and PLC diagnostics and fault finding (training provided).
*
Performing essential welding and fabrication during repairs (a significant advantage).
*
Managing your own diary and workload efficiently.
*
Providing outstanding customer service and clear communication to clients on site.

What Were Looking For
*
Proven experience as a Service/Maintenance Engineer working with heavy industrial machinery, preferably compactors, balers, fork:lifts, or heavy plant.
*
A strong background in Hydraulics and Mechanical Engineering is essential.
*
Welding/Fabrication skills are highly desirable.
*
A valid UK driving license, passport and the flexibility to travel on occasion.
*
Excellent problem:solving and communication skills.
