About The Role
In your role as a Non-Clinical Unit Manager at HC-One, you’ll value one thing above all: kindness. It carries across every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. Every person who works here understands that our residents are people just like them, with their own stories to tell. Joining us gives you a wonderful opportunity to give back to those individuals.
As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for a specific part of the home and delivering the highest level of care. You may also need to run the entire home when the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager are absent. Whether reporting mobility issues of new residents, asking for samples, or administering medication, your focus will always be on resident dignity and wellbeing.
We are passionate about ensuring our colleagues can be their true selves and that our workforce reflects the communities we serve. We prioritize inclusive practices and welcome applicants from all backgrounds into our HC-One family.
We aim to provide an excellent working experience, starting with a quick turnaround from job offer to start date.
