We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join a well-established, growing organisation within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a brand-new role, offering the opportunity to truly make it your own and become a key part of the business.
This position is central to the smooth running of the office and wider operations acting as the glue that keeps everything together. Youll work closely with senior leadership and play a vital role in supporting people, processes, and day-to-day business activities.
The Role
As Office Manager, youll take ownership of a broad and varied role, including:
HR & Administration Support
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration
* Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
* Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries (with external HR support in place)
Training & Compliance
* Managing training records and ensuring compliance is up to date
* Scheduling training and monitoring certification renewals
Indirect Purchasing
1. Managing office and site consumables (e.g. PPE, cleaning supplies, kitchens)
2. Raising purchase orders, sourcing suppliers, and negotiating best value...
