What you can expect:
* In your role as a Cashier, you are responsible for efficient cash desk operations & merchandise presentation around the cash area whilst providing Customer Service Excellence to drive commercial success
o Responsible for efficient cash management including transaction, complaint & return handling and inducting new team members to the cash desk
o Deliver Customer Service Excellence whilst building a loyal customer base of repeat shoppers to improve productivity
o Responsible for CRM data gathering & quality management
o Support in visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment around the cash desk area and managing stationary orders
o Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
Your profile:

o Previous experience in operating a cash desk, preferably in a premium retail environment
o Excellent customer service skills
o Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
o Willingness to constantly learn and develop
o Excellent communication skills at all levels
o High cultural knowledge and awareness
