Peninsula offers a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager to work in the field, developing new business (B2B) from scratch, from initial networking to closing deals.
We provide an incredible uncapped commission scheme, with realistic Year 1 earnings of at least £100,000 (Basic salary £30,000 + £30,000 Top-up + Commission), along with a benefits package including a company car (electric vehicle) or a £5,000 car allowance.
As a Field-based Business Development Manager, your responsibilities include sourcing and visiting potential new business in person, through various channels, selling Peninsula's consultancy services to help SMEs manage their staff more easily and safely.

4. Adaptability to learn a new industry; sector experience isn't essential as we provide comprehensive training. An open mindset and willingness to learn are key.
5. A professional approach to all business interactions, whether via phone, in person, or at networking events, delivering the best service from the first contact.
