* Job Title: Occupational Therapist
* Location: Bradford Beacon School, Bradford, BD5 8LJ
* Salary: Up to £53,200 FTE DOE
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
* Contract: Permanent, Term Time only (with potential for a 52-week contract; please contact us if interested)
* Essential: Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle

About the Role
Are you a clinician excited to work during times of transformative change? Do you have a keen interest in working with neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD), complex and developmental trauma, and complex needs? Do you want to help create a nationally important resource with the backing of a leading provider of education and care for young people with SEN? If so, this role is for you!
The post holder will develop OT-specific therapeutic services catering to individuals with varying levels of functioning, many diagnosed with autism and related needs such as trauma. A systemic and formulation-based approach is required.
Join our in-house Clinical Team at Bradford Beacon School, which also includes Speech and Language Therapy and Psychology. You will provide bespoke assessments, advice, support, and intervention plans. An integrated approach to education and clinical services is ideal.
Candidate Profile
We seek a practitioner with a clear vision of outstanding therapeutic services, demonstrating drive, motivation, resilience, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

* Experience working with children and/or adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism with additional needs
* Ability to collaborate with key partners
* Sensitivity and effective conflict resolution skills
* Evidence of CPD relevant to the setting
