To be successful in this role you will:
Preferably have experience of working in independent schools
Have an understanding of managing allergens
Motivating and managing a team
Oversee service to ensure smooth daily operations
Supervise teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service
Controlling and managing stock levels
Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues
This is a customer facing position so in addition to the above you will also need good communication skills and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the English language.
The ideal candidate will be flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.
