As a General Yard Operative, you’ll have the chance to grow, learn, and progress. With the right attitude, we’ll support you with the training you need to operate plant machinery and develop your skills for a successful career.
We are especially looking for candidates with experience operating a 360 excavator and/or a loading shovel.
What You’ll Be Doing
Every day brings variety and hands-on work, including:
• Loading, unloading, processing, and transporting materials on-site
• Operating machinery and conducting routine checks
• Assisting customers and clients while delivering excellent customer service
• Supporting depot management with daily operations
About You
You’ll be a great fit if you:
• Have experience operating a 360 excavator and/or loading shovel
• Have a ‘can do’ attitude and enjoy working outdoors in all conditions
• Are a reliable team player who takes pride in their work
• Enjoy hands-on, physical work in an industrial environment
• Are confident interacting with customers and delivering great service
