About The Beech House:
The Beech House is a stylish pub in Beaconsfield with a large bar and restaurant, a modern kitchen with a Josper grill and wood-fired pizza oven, and a private function space called the Skylight Room.
It serves a seasonal, Mediterranean-inspired menu with sustainably sourced ingredients, including British meat and poultry, free-range eggs, and MSC-approved fish.

* You have experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef and are ready for your next challenge.

* You are involved in creating specials menus alongside the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef.
