To support the continued development and optimisation of Paraplanning at Succession, we are pleased to offer a number of internal progression opportunities for experienced, technically strong Paraplanners to move into the role of Senior Paraplanner. The role… As a Senior Paraplanner you will deliver excellent paraplanning support to our Planners and clients through research and report writing, while also playing a key role in the day‑to‑day operation and development of the team. This includes sharing technical expertise and practical insight through informal mentoring, knowledge‑sharing and leading sessions to build capability, confidence and consistency. You will act as a subject matter expert, promoting high standards and professionalism, contributing actively to team discussions, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. Senior Paraplanners are expected to positively influence change, supporting the team to embrace improvements that enhance quality and efficiency. You will lead by example, role‑modelling Succession’s values and behaviours, setting high standards in risk management and reporting, and fostering a culture of openness and transparency. Working closely with fellow team members and Planners, you will help shape improvements to paraplanning systems and processes, with a clear focus on delivering excellent client outcomes and increasing overall team effectiveness. To be successful in the role you will need: To be Level 4 qualified (Level 6 or working towards desirable). To be highly experienced in providing Paraplanning support to Financial Planners. Strong evidence of delivering a compliant, highly technical, well-researched and quality paraplanning service. Detailed knowledge of pensions, investments and estate planning. Excellent interpersonal skills and to be articulate in both verbal and written communication. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. The ability to engage others and create ownership LI-DNI
