We are currently recruiting for a Company Administrator for a growing business based in the north side of Glasgow.
You'll be joining a busy department that supports client services, finance, and data operations functions. While your primary focus will be on client account admin this is a varied role with the opportunity to support wider teams and develop your skill set across multiple areas of the business.
The environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable taking ownership of their workload. You’ll play a key role in maintaining client satisfaction through efficient and accurate admin support.

Key Responsibilities
* Validate incoming data and raise any discrepancies directly with clients
* Format and load new customer accounts into internal systems
* Generate and send reports and files to clients as required
* Prepare and distribute invoices and account statements
* Respond to client emails promptly and professionally
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records
* Collaborate across departments where necessary to ensure smooth workflows
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a financial or data-driven administrative environment (Essential)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel (Essential)
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills
* Confidence working under pressure and meeting deadlines
* A proactive and problem-solving approach
