We are seeking an experienced AV Engineer to provide onsite audiovisual support services within a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering daily on-site AV support, assisting production and operational teams, and ensuring all audiovisual equipment and services are functioning effectively throughout agreed working hours.
You will support the set-up, operation, troubleshooting, and first-line maintenance of AV systems, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery across the site.
Key skills and responsibilities,
Provide daily onsite AV support during agreed working hours
Set-up, basic operation, and first-line support of AV equipment
Break-Fix experience
Fault finding and basic issue resolution across AV systems and services
Provide general technical support relating to day-to-day AV service requirements
Liaise with onsite production and operational teams where required
Experience supporting live production, corporate, broadcast, or event environments
Strong understanding of AV equipment, signal flow, and basic troubleshooting techniques
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and manage onsite support responsibilities effectively
Professional and customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
