Working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Corby, Quest Employment are looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their friendly Finance and Customer Service team. As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for raising the sales invoices and supporting the sales ledger function.
Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 11am-4pm

Duties and responsibilities:
* Requesting invoice payments from customers
* Card payments and petty cash
* Processing receipts and delivery notes
* Following all documented processes and ensuring the smooth running of the business
* Handle customer queries related to billing and payments professionally and promptly
* Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Previous experience in a sales ledger
* Ability to manage your own workloads and projects in an organised manner
* Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office packages and Sage
* Analytical skills
