Your new role
* Accurate and timely matching of supplier invoices and processing payment.
* Accurate & timely processing & invoicing of customer invoices & credit notes
* Process daily bank and cash reconciliation.
* Ensure Accurate records are maintained regarding accounts, suppliers & customers.
* Accurate reconciliation of supplier statements.
* Relevant financial and accounting processes are adhered to and suggestions to improve these are made.
What you'll need to succeed
* At least 2 years previous experience in an office environment
* Finance experience is desirable.
* Competent in the use of standard computer packages
* Proficient in the use of Excel
* Experience in the use of an integrated information system.
