We are looking for Care Assistants to support residents at our Bolton care home. You will work flexible hours, receive training and development, and enjoy a range of company benefits.
Responsibilities
* Support residents with personal care needs.
* Assist with daily activities and personal hygiene.
* Help residents participate in arts and crafts, sports, drama, music, gardening and social events.
* Provide companionship, encouraging independence and well‑being.
* Maintain accurate care records and report any changes to the care team.
* Assist with safe transfer and mobility of residents.
* Comply with all health and safety policies, including enhanced DBS checks.
Qualifications
* Enhanced DBS check (Children and Adults).
* Willingness to undergo training and obtain qualifications in health & social care.
* Good communication skills and empathy.
