Growth Marketing Manager (Aquisition & Retention)
Salary: £45,000–£50,000
Location: UK (remote-first, with monthly London team days)
This is a retention-led growth role with real ownership from day one.
You'll be the first dedicated CRM and retention hire, responsible for building lifecycle marketing from the ground up. That means designing and launching automated flows, improving onboarding, increasing subscriber conversion, and driving long-term LTV across a growing user base.
It's a hands-on role focused on execution. You'll build journeys, test and optimise messaging, and use automation to create scalable growth across email and lifecycle channels.
The business is set up for you to make a visible impact quickly. There's clear direction, but plenty of space to shape how CRM is done and grow the role as the function develops.

Responsibilities
* Own day-to-day execution of growth initiatives across CRM and Landing Page Conversion
* Design, launch and optimise lifecycle and CRM activity (email, onboarding, engagement, win-back)
* Coordinate campaigns, landing pages and end-to-end funnel flows
* Support paid media testing and collaborate effectively with external agencies
* Use AI and automation to increase speed, efficiency and impact
Your Profile
* Hands-on CRM experience building automations and flows from scratch
* Strong executor with experience across lifecycle, experimentation and analytics
* Comfortable working closely with Product to run and learn from experiments
* Proactive, outcome-focused and commercially minded
* Interest in sport or fantasy sport products is beneficial but not essential
