1. Previous customer service experience is essential
2. Ability to remaind calm whilst under pressure
3. Expert knowledge of guest service standards and front office operations
4. Previous experience training front office team members
5. Previous experience conducting training sessions and refreshers on guest engagement, feedback and services
6. A passion for coaching and developing employees
