As they continue their upward trajectory, we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Finance Assistant to join their team. Based in their Sheffield headquarters, you'll play a critical role in the companys financial operations and grow under the mentorship of experienced finance professionals.
As a vital member of the finance team, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing and managing Accounts Payable and Receivables to ensure smooth financial operations
Supporting monthly and quarterly financial closings, including handling accruals and journals
Assisting in the preparation of quarterly financial reports to provide valuable insights for partners
Managing employee expenses and prepayment cards, ensuring accurate and timely processing
Keeping the ERP system updated with new transactions and ensuring data integrity
Engaging in a variety of financial tasks to support the departments objectives
