Warehouse & Logistics Manager Location: Hampshire - ManufacturingFull‑time | Permanent We are working with a well‑established manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead and develop their warehouse and logistics function. This is a key operational leadership role responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, robust inventory control, full regulatory compliance, and exceptional internal and external customer service. The Role: Lead, motivate, and develop the warehouse team to deliver high performance and world‑class service Manage warehouse KPIs, budgets, and operational costs Oversee proactive inventory management, cycle counting, and stock accuracy Optimise material handling to support manufacturing operations Manage freight forwarding activities and ensure import/export compliance Ensure adherence to Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental standards Drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes and systems About You: Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and ERP systems Experience managing teams and driving operational performance Understanding of customs procedures and freight forwarding operations Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills Calm under pressure, structured, and improvement‑focused Desirable: Formal qualification in Warehousing or Operations Management HMRC Customs and Export Clearance experience This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward‑thinking organisation where you can make a real impact on operational performance and customer service.
