A leading stockholder is seeking a commercially driven Branch Manager to oversee daily operations and drive branch performance.
Branch Manager Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day branch operations
* Drive revenue, profitability, and KPIs
* Lead, motivate, and develop the team
* Ensure compliance with H&S and company standards
* Build strong customer and supplier relationships
Branch Manager Requirements
* Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or distribution
* Strong commercial awareness
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Experience xsngvjr managing budgets and performance targets
