Key Responsibilities:
Prepare key management information and analytical reports to support informed decision-making within the Consumer Channel, focusing on E-commerce performance.
Lead the monthly forecasting and reporting processes, including communicating risks and opportunities to key stakeholders.
Assist the Commercial Channel in developing business cases for promotions and initiatives, and produce thorough post-promotion reviews.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering open communication regarding financial and commercial concerns.
Gain a deep understanding of the E-commerce channel; proactively analyse trends to identify opportunities and support actionable solutions.
Support the annual budget process for E-commerce, ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout.
Contribute to ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Expectations:
Part-qualified or currently working towards a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; eagerness to develop further analytical capabilities.
Experience using analytical software such as Qlik Sense/Cube is advantagous.
Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to ask insightful questions and manage upward communication.
Capable presenter, comfortable sharing findings and insights with leadership.
Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining a focus on the bigger picture.
