The Role
They're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Finance Paralegal to support our legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in property finance within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with a range of real estate finance transactions, including acquisitions and refinancing
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and reports on title
* Conducting legal research and due diligence
* Managing files from instruction through to completion
* Liaising with clients, lenders, and third parties
* Handling Land Registry applications and post-completion matters
* Providing general administrative support to fee earners
About You
* Previous experience as a paralegal, ideally within real estate or banking/finance
* Strong understanding of property law principles (commercial property experience preferred)
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
